If you are having trouble with your Radian and you have a Panasonic camera, it is important to note that the two ends of the camera cable look similar but are not the same. Make sure that the end with 2 dark bands goes to your Radian (this is the side that is straight with no bend on the attachment point), and the end with 3 dark bands goes to your camera (this is the side shown below on top that is bent at the attachment point). This will ensure that data is transferred correctly between Radian and your camera.
